Jason, You clearly do not know anything about child molestation. Almost all child predators were molested themselves at one time. You are right that some people go on to live productive lives and never harm a child themselves, but the statistics are overwhelming in regards to the number of molesters that were once victims. I don’t make this my life story, but I do make it my hobby to inform people. Take a look at the link for Family Watchdog and see how many people this affects. Then think again, how many of these people never get caught. Then ask yourself if we should just “get over it”. I have edited out your foul language. Get some manners.

You know there are lots of people who have made the horrible mistake of molesting a child. Some people actually do stop. And I know a lot people are angry, but it is not the end of the world. I have a children, I would be horrified if some one molested them. But I hope that would it be the end all. Like everything in life things happen. But you don’t have to make them your life story. People have been through the holocaust, had their villages burned, whole family killed. So yeah getting molested is bad but you will live. These guys go to jail and the get anally raped, or killed but yet people still are like punished them more and more. People get the the (expletive removed by admin) over it.

lizz-If it was expunged from his record, then in theory, getting his old record won’t do you any good. I would focus on the “a few years after the fact he has done it again” that you mentioned. Why did he get away with it this time? How do you know that he molested in the past if it was expunged from his record? Were you involved in the old case in some way? If so, is there any way for the first victim to come forward again to corroborate the claims of this second victim? I think communication is the key here. If you know of more than one person this has happened to, then there is power in numbers. Try to convince all of the victims to band together and demand justice. The more noise you make about this, the more likely that other people who has has harmed will realize they are not alone and will come forward as well to report what he has done to them. If he is a repeat offender it is highly likely there are other victims out there who just haven’t reported it. That is your best bet. Sorry it took me so long to respond. I want to know if anyone can help me find out about a guy who was a sex offender and due to a technical problem he was granted a exspongement of his record. Now a few years after the fact, he has done it again and being a well educated, creepy preditor, he is cocky enough to get away with it again. Is there any way to get his old record? I got kids and we are right by a school. How can we stop this crazy old perv?
